All orders will be shipped within 3 to 6 business days from the time the order is placed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Please note that processing times & transit times are separate. Processing times are the amount of time needed for TropiJungle to ship your plants. Transit times are the amount of time your order will be with the mail carrier traveling to you.
Our standard shipping is USPS Priority; however, we do consider other options and always strive for the best price and fastest shipping. We do offer UPS 2nd Day for an upgrade. UPS orders are shipped on Mondays & Wednesdays only. If there is another shipping carrier you prefer to use, please feel free to contact us for an estimate on cost.
Should your order be delayed in transit, TropiJungle will not be held liable for damaged plants. We take every precaution possible to ensure a safe delivery. We take immense pride in meticulously packing each order with care. We do offer faster shipping options at check out. If you believe the weather in your area is too harsh for shipping, we recommend waiting until a better time.
We have a 48-hour return policy, this means you have 48-hours after receiving your item to request a return. Please reach out with an unboxing video showing the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, you must show proof the item was damaged upon arrival.
To start a return, you can contact us at tropi.jungle.us@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you must return the item to: 15243 S. Highway 25, Weirsdale, FL 32195. Once the item is received in reasonable condition, you will have the option of a full refund of your purchase price (this will exclude the cost of shipping) or a replacement plant. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*If Cold Weather Protection is not purchased with your order and your local weather is below 40 degrees, your order will not be eligible for a return or replacement. Please be aware of your local weather to ensure your plants are able to arrive safely*

Tissue Cultured Plantlets
It is up to the customer to be able to provide proper acclimation to the plantlets. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have in regards to the process of acclimating plants. TropiJungle will not be held liable for plantlets that do not survive acclimation. Included with each tissue culture order is a QR Code that you can scan for step by step instructions. The link to our instructions is also provided below. Once plantlets have begun acclimating, they are no longer eligible for return. Please contact us at tropi.jungle.us@gmail.com for any special circumstances.
Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages
TropiJungle will not be held liable for any lost/misplaced/stolen packages that have been successfully marked as delivered. We guarantee to send your packages to the address that you provided at check out. Should your package be marked delivered via tracking, please reach out to your local branch to confirm where the package was placed.
Every package is insured for $100 through the USPS. Should your package be damaged in transit due to delays, mis-scans, or a missing package; please file a claim with USPS to receive the $100 insurance which was provided with each package. We are happy to walk you through the process & provide any documentation you may need.
Please note: There are no claims/refunds/replacements on any wholesale orders. Should you have any concerns with items received on a wholesale order, please reach out to tropi.jungle.us@gmail.com to discuss the next steps in the process. Each case is handled on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if insulation/heat pack is not purchased with the order. If the weather in your area is unsafe to receive perishable items, we reserve the right to cancel & refund your order.
